When you place an order, you agree and are bound by the terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are subject to change by désordre, without prior written notice at any time, at our discretion. The most recent version of the terms and conditions will be available on the website, and you should review these terms when placing a new order. These terms and conditions are an integral part of the e-boutique and apply to the use of our website.


Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not guarantee our acceptance of your order, or constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

We hold the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason. Whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a refund to you in the amount of the transaction charge, and let you know of the cancellation.

Once an order has been placed, this cannot be canceled unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed, 6 months beyond the allowed window. In this case, we will do our best to cancel the order if requested.

No two offers, or credits are valid at the same time via online purchases.

Please be aware that because of the “pre-sale” nature of such transactions, you should expect a delay of approximately six (6) months between the date you place your order and the date that the Product is ready for shipment. If you order Products available for immediate shipping, you will be required to pay the full amount due, plus shipping fees and any taxes associated with your product when delivered.

If you are shipping outside of Australia, you as the recipient, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

We accept payment for all purchases through third-party payment processors. You agree to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions of those processors. Further, you represent and warrant that:

The credit card information you supply to us, our vendors, and our affiliates is true, correct, and complete;

Charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.

We do not cover any extra cost of duties + tax at the destination, this is the responsibility of the consumer.


We are constantly updating and reviewing our products, and we may discontinue products at any time without notice. All pricing for the products on are subject to change.

For all of our prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, Product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances. However, no prices shall affect your Purchase after you have paid your deposit and/or placed your order.


We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your shipping needs.

Please note that the posted shipping time frame, if provided, may vary from item to item. The posted shipping time frame is dependent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost in post with valid tracking.

If you have purchased a sale item, dispatch is not immediate, the iitem can take up to 10 days to be shipped.


We endeavor to be as accurate as possible with our Products descriptions and prices. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions or prices are 100% accurate.

In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or Product information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at the incorrect price.

We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your credit or debit card account in the amount of the charge and advise you of the canceled order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy, as written below.


We want our customers to be happy and love their products.

However, please be aware of the following return policy for both online and in-store sales:

We do not offer refunds

We can offer an exchange or credit note, valid for 3 months, if the products are returned within 7 days of receipt.

If you have any size or style questions, please reach out to us at or use the chat feature on the website, so that we can help you make the best decision prior to purchase.

Products must be returned in as-new condition with all tags still attached and original packaging (garment bags, hangers, boxes, other signature packaging materials) included.

Désordre reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet the above criteria, in the event of this, the item will be returned to the sender at their cost.

Désordre curates luxury garments and accessories that are designed to be treausred. Taking care of your garment will ensure and promote their longevity. Our garments and accessories require specific care to ensure you look after your garment correctly. Please always check the garment care label for specific care instructions. Désordre will not be liable for damage and can not be held responsible for garments in your care.

How do I return my item?

All return requests for items purchased online must be made via email.


Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us and we are happy to repair or replace the item for you.

Refunds are only issued in the event that we are unable to repair or replace the item for you. Returns of this nature are sent to the designer or manufacturer for approval prior to the refund being issued.

The cost of return is not covered by Désordre unless the item is deemed to be faulty.

 Pre Orders are final and non-refundable or exchangeable.

 Swimwear, Lingerie and Jewellery

All swimwear, lingerie and jewellery are final sale due to hygiene reasons.


Please try shoes on soft/carpeted surfaces to avoid scuffing the sole.

 Sale Items

All items sold at a sale (discounted) price are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits on any sale item ordered.

Désordre is not liable for any returned goods lost in transit. For this reason we recommend using a trackable delivery service.
