Returns

For Online and Boutique purchases, returns other than for faulty goods must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery for a credit note or exchange. All discounted items purchased are final sale. We do not provide refunds unless required by law. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items if necessary. Please note, items in your cart are not reserved. If you love it, purchase quickly to ensure it is yours. 

If you wish to exchange for another item or size, you can do this in boutique or email customer care to arrange the exchange as we carry limited units.

All credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Returns are only accepted with proof of purchase or unless the return is required by law:

  • Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed. 
  • Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain.
  • All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned.
  • All swimwear, lingerie and jewellery are final sale due to hygiene reasons. 
  • Try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn as we will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with original shoebox.
  • Désordre will not be liable for damage and can not be held responsible for garments in your care.
  • Gift Cards may not be returned and will be honoured for 3 years from the date of issue. Gift Cards are valid for use Online and in boutiques nationally within Australia.
  • If you return a product and receive a credit note, and then seek to purchase another product with that credit note and then attempt to return, désordre may refuse the return.

Désordre does not cover the costs of returns. Return postage costs are at your  expense. 

You may return or exchange (where available) your Online purchase to a désordre Boutique, along with your confirmation email. All returns are subject to the Returns Policy above. 

Credit notes issued in-boutique can be redeemed on online purchases.

Désordre reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet the above criteria, in the event of this, the item will be returned to the sender at their cost.

This policy applies to désordre Online and Boutique purchases.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. 

All international returns should be shipped back to désordre as goods returned to sender to ensure no duties and taxes are incurred for the return. Should you wish to return an item, désordre does not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders or duties and taxes paid at time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Residents from all other countries can contact their local customs office to seek a tax refund. 

Désordre curates luxury garments and accessories that are designed to be treasured. Taking care of your garment will ensure and promote their longevity. Our garments and accessories require specific care to ensure you look after your garment correctly. Please always check the garment care label for specific care instructions. 

 

How do I return my order?

1. Check that you meet the return criteria.

2. Email customercare@desordrestore.com to request a return, please include your full name and order number. 

We will get back to you within 48 hours, Monday - Friday AEST.

All return requests for items purchased online must be made via email.

Désordre is not liable for any returned goods lost in transit. Please use a reliable and trackable delivery service, as we will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

Discounted and Sale Product(s)

All items sold at a sale (discounted) price are final sale, and the sale price may be reflective of the product condition. 

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits on any sale item ordered, unless the product is deemed faulty (as per above).

Please allow 10 days for dispatch on sale orders.

Please wait for notification that your pick up order is ready to collect, prior to collecting.

Any further discounts cannot be applied to previous orders. 

 

Faulty Product

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us and we are happy to repair or replace the item for you if it is deemed a product fault according to law. 

Refunds are only issued in the event that we are unable to repair or replace the item for you. Returns of this nature are sent to the designer or manufacturer for approval prior to the refund being issued.

The cost of return is not covered by désordre unless the item is deemed to be faulty.
