What We Do

Express dispatch with Australia Post for orders placed before 2:00pm AEST/AEDT.
Uber / Courier Service is available within 5km of our Darlinghurst, Sydney boutique.
Express International Courier Services are fulfilled using Australia Post, DHL Express, or UPS via Shopify Shipping.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Dispatch Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. During promotional or high-demand periods, dispatch time may be extended slightly.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details so you can monitor its progress.

Carriers & Tracking

Orders are primarily fulfilled by Australia Post, DHL Express, or UPS. In some cases, an alternative carrier may be used to meet delivery schedules or regional requirements.

The estimated delivery date provided at checkout is indicative only and may vary. Please refer to your shipment tracking link for the most accurate delivery updates.

Domestic – Australia

Australia Post Express

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express at a flat rate of $18.00 AUD.

Same-Day Courier (Sydney Metro)

Within 5km of Darlinghurst: order by 12:00pm for same business day delivery for $25.00 AUD.
Orders placed by midnight are delivered the next business day by 5:00pm.
Same-day delivery may be unavailable during peak demand periods.

Collect In-Boutique

Complimentary collection is available from our Darlinghurst boutique.

Orders are typically ready for collection within 1 business day.
Please bring your order confirmation and valid identification when collecting.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Australia Post, DHL Express, and UPS (rates calculated through Shopify Shipping at checkout).

Estimated Delivery Times

USA: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Asia: 2–5 business days
All other regions: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Express international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and value.

Duties & Taxes

Prices displayed on desordrestore.com are inclusive of Australian GST and import duties where applicable. However, some countries may impose additional import charges, handling fees, or local taxes upon arrival.

Désordre ships internationally on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning additional destination costs may apply depending on your location.
Any additional duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
If an order is refused by the recipient or returned to Désordre due to unpaid duties or taxes, the cost of return shipping and all associated fees will be deducted from any refund amount.

Returns Postage

Désordre does not cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for any courier or postal costs associated with returning items, as well as any applicable duties or taxes.

Important Notes

Delivery estimates exclude processing time, customs clearance delays, and carrier disruptions.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels; tracking will be provided for each.
