Shipping policy
All orders are dispatched from our DÉSORDRE flagship and headquarters at 323 South Dowling Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010, Australia. Each piece is carefully prepared and shipped with care to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
Domestic Shipping
All Australian orders are sent via express courier with full tracking. Dispatch occurs Monday to Friday, 10 am – 4 pm AEST. Most parcels arrive within 1–3 business days of dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using trusted express courier partners. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 3–7 business days. Any duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. DÉSORDRE is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or external courier factors.
