These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and sale of products through the www.desordrestore.com online boutique. Terms and conditions are subject to change by désordre, without prior written notice at any time, at our discretion. The most recent version of the terms and conditions will be available on the desordrestore.com website, and you should review these terms when placing a new order. These terms and conditions are an integral part of the e-boutique and apply to the use of our website.
When you place an order, you agree and are bound by the terms and conditions.
Payment
We accept payment for all purchases through third-party payment processors. You agree to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions of those processors. Further, you represent and warrant that the credit card information you supply to us, our vendors, and our affiliates is true, correct, and complete. Charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company; and you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.
Product and Pricing Changes
We are continuously updating and reviewing our product offerings, and as a result, products may be discontinued at any time without notice. All pricing on desordrestore.com is subject to change. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, or other extenuating circumstances. However, once you have paid your deposit and/or placed your order, no price changes will affect your purchase.
Order Placement
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not guarantee our acceptance of your order, or constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
We hold the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason. Whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund to you in the amount of the transaction charge, and notify you of the cancellation.
Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, this cannot be canceled.
Pre-Order orders will be canceled if the shipment is unavoidably delayed, 6 months beyond the allowed window. In this case, we will do our best to cancel the order if requested within this time frame.
Duties & Taxes
We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
As the recipient, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We do not cover any extra cost of duties and tax at the destination, this is the responsibility of the recipient.
Pre-Order Product(s)
Pre-Orders and Trunk Shows are final sale and non-refundable or exchangeable.
Please be aware that because of the 'pre-order' nature of such transactions, you should expect a delay of approximately six (6) months between the date you place your order and the date that the product is ready for shipment.
Discounted and Sale Product(s)
All items sold at a sale (discounted) price are final sale, and the sale price may be reflective of the product condition.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits on any sale item ordered, unless the product is deemed faulty (as per above).
Please allow 10 days for dispatch on sale orders.
Please wait for notification that your pick up order is ready to collect, prior to collecting.
Any further discounts cannot be applied to previous orders.
No two offers, or credits are valid at the same time via online and boutique purchases.

Please note that the posted shipping time frame, if provided, may vary from item to item. The posted shipping time frame is dependent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization. We do not take responsibility for any items lost in post with valid tracking.If you have purchased a sale item, dispatch is not immediate, the iitem can take up to 10 days to be shipped.
Advertising Disclaimer and Trademarks
We endeavor to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or prices are 100% accurate.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your credit or debit card account in the amount of the charge and advise you of the canceled order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
