Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business days, however, this may take longer during peak-trade periods. Please note, sale orders are dispatched within 7-10 business days. As soon as our orders have been dispatched, we will email the relevant tracking details to help monitor the progress of shipping. 

Express delivery orders are typically fulfilled by DHL. However, for certain regions, or due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative carrier may also be utilized to meet the expedited delivery timeline. The estimated delivery date provided at checkout is an estimate and may be subject to change. For more detailed delivery information, click on the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email.

  

DOMESTIC - Australia

We ship with Australia Post Express and DHL Express. Delivery time is 1-3 days.

Over $1,000: Free Express Shipping on all orders.

Under $1,000: Shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Within Metro CBD, we offer Free Local Pickup and Same Day Courier for $25

Order by 12pm for same business day delivery within Metro CBD.
Order by midnight for next business day delivery within Metro CBD by 5pm.

 

INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide with DHL Express and Australia Post.

Europe: 5-10 days
Asia: 2-5 days
All other regions: 5-10 days

Over $3,000 AUD: Free DHL Express Shipping on all orders.

Under $3,000 AUD: Shipping charges vary by location and are calculated at checkout. 

Please note your order is shipped duty unpaid, and may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country, and are payable by you.

 

Duties & Taxes

We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. 

As the recipient, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We do not cover any extra cost of duties and tax at the destination, this is the responsibility of the recipient.
